In developing the platform we took this to heart and we have functionalities in place to help with verification so that users are making informed decisions.
Unlike other popular platforms that aren’t user focused, but instead require subscription fees from users to engage on their platforms. Okestra.care believes that users should be given a choice and not be subjected to paying for a service upfront without any assurance of reaping benefits. Okestra.care is 100% free for Care Seekers to use and we only get a percentage of Caregivers earnings if payment is made online.
As part of our launch promotion, only 5% of Caregivers earnings will be charged for payments made via our platform. This is one of the lowest rates taken by any platform servicing the gig economy.
